Please email a Registration for Baptism Form, together with a copy of the child’s birth certificate to email@example.com. Upon receipt, you will be contacted for an interview with our pastor and scheduling of Baptism Preparation and the celebration.
Baptism Preparation Classes are in person in the Parish Hall on the fourth Saturday of the month at 2:30 – 4:30 PM with Ferdie Gayos of the Missionary Families for Christ (MFC).
Baptisms are scheduled on the 1st Saturday of the month at 11:45am and the 4th Saturday of the month at 11:00am.
If you reside outside of St. Anthony’s parish boundaries, please obtain a letter from your parish priest confirming that you child may be baptized at St. Anthony’s.
For Children in Grades 2 and up
Please download and complete the Request for First Reconciliation First Eucharist form and email it together with a copy of your child’s baptismal certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org.
First Reconciliation December 2, 2023, 1-3pm – If your child did not complete the preparation for First Reconciliation in December, you will be required to prepare your child using home based resources prior to them receiving First Eucharist on May 5.

St. Anthony’s Parish offers confirmation preparation every two years.
Our next confirmation preparation will be offered in the spring of 2025.
